Hey you guys! Well this is my last week here at the CCM. I find out later today when I leave for Ecuador. I believe we get to email you the day before we leave about travel plans. And get to call you from the airport... not sure weather it´s the one in Mexico or Ecuador. Also there´s just 2 of us going... so I guess my comp will be Elder Howell. lol Oh! We totally found the stone head everyone´s been talking about! We were so excited! Here it is:
I think I told you guys about the earthquake at 3 am when I skyped you for Mother´s Day. But if I didn´t, it was awesome. I totally thought it was my roommates alarm clock going off at first. But no, it was the sismo alarm. And then My bed started shaking and I was trying to decide wheather or not to wake up the other Hermana´s to run out to the panic circle or not. But they were all out cold. So I was the only one in the casa who knew what was happening. So that was fun. So that means there has been 3 different earthquakes since I´ve been here in Mexico. Which is saying a lot, since the first time it happened everyone freaked out. Including the teachers!
Sunday night I had to say goodbye to Braxton and his district. They´re now all out in the field. I´m going to miss those guys! Here´s a pic of all of us from Sunday:
Sunday was rough on everyone. Since it was Mother´s Day, we all got to skype or call home. My district has a huge inside joke that they send the heartless to Ecuador. Because I´m the only one who hasn´t cried since I´ve been here. Seriously though. When we had our testimony meeting outside that night, Hermana Rust was like... I think Dodge should say the prayer... because she´s the only one not crying. haha So needless to say, the entire MTC has been full of sobbing this past week. Between saying goodbye, skyping home, and having this be our last week and all. The Sunday Devotional was amazing! As usual. We got to hear from Elder Oaks this time. He even gave us a Prophetic Blessing at the end. It was way cool! The spirit was so strong! (By the way, skyping you guys was way cool! I´m sorry it was so short! It was super awkward too because the other missionaries were starring at my through the window waiting for the lab. The first and only time everyone was early to anything. It was so sad though. It was like looking through the window at puppies for sale. Except I was on the puppie´s side of the glass. lol)
Monday was the last time we got to teach Eduardo. It was way hard to say goodbye to him. He´s taught me so much. He was always our hardest investigador. At the end of the lesson, I asked him to bear his testimony to us. It was so beautiful. The spirit encompassed the room. And we all teared up a bit. His baptism is next week. I´m so excited for him and his family!! Afterwards, when we asked Hermano Sanchez for feedback... for the last time, he took us out into the hallway and just smiled at us for like 2 minutes. Then he said that that was the perfect lesson. And to teach all of our lessons like that out in the field. It was so amazing! I´m going to miss them both so much!
Also, the sky here that night was light blue until around 8:30. Which is saying a lot because it gets dark here at around 6pm. It was so crazy! Elder Povar and I were freaking out! We had way too much fun with that. Now it´s a huge inside joke between us. I´m really going to miss everyone in our district!
Wednesday was our last time to teach Adrian. We only ever got to teach him 2 times. But the last lesson was amazing! His testimony was also great! I´m going to miss them all. We also had TRC again last night. It went really well. 1 girl almost committed to baptism. HJ and I both feel that she would have had it not been for the lack of time.
Tonight is our last lesson with Abraham. That´s going to be the hardest goodbye for me. :( I´m going to miss him so much! He get´s baptized tomorrow.

Just a few more fun pics for you guys. This is Elder Foui. He fell asleep in class after a long day of TALL. We were all so tired. But for some reason, he decided the desk´s were more comfortable then his chair? Yeah, idk. But it was hilarious. Also, that´s Elder Fakafua on the chair´s behind him. They both fell asleep for like 2 hrs. haha:
We sing this Sunday at our last Devotional. I hope we sound alright. They gave me a few solos throughout the song... so I´m kind of freaking out a bit. I think Hermana Jones (Presidente Jones wife.) was going to take a video of us... so if she does, I´ll send it to you.
I love you guys! Hang in there! Stay strong! And remember everything happens on the Lords time. So don´t get discouraged. You´re all in my prayers!
